The villa is ideally located in the beautiful community of Eagle Pointe 5 minutes from restaurants and amenities including the 24hr Wall-mart on the famous 192.                                                                                                                                  

Eagle Pointe is a peaceful and scenic but less than 10 minutes from Disney and  most other Attractions it is a perfect base for park hopping, shopping, golf or just relaxing around the pool.

Orlando Airport is approximately 25 minutes drive, and Sanford  50 minutes.

All the Disney Parks,  plus Sea world and Universal are just  10 to 15 minute drive away, if you are a golf  lover  there are many courses that can be used by the public.

The 192 has a large selection of shops and restaurant, you can also connect to most of the major highways to the beaches and the tourists areas .
